table setting

I love linnens, and dishes, as well as an elegant table setting. So... I have to include them on my blog - right? The first two shots are from the Christmas party tonight, and the last two are from Thanksgiving at my mom's house. So fun... for me at least!

I love table settings. Yours are amazing... thanks for sharing.

BTW, I'm "gone" for a week and viola--a million posts! Thank you for sharing all of your holiday traditions. That is such a wonderful part of Christmas time. I especially loved the wooden shoes story, with all the family history involved. Cool!

Found memories of Girl's Nights of '99, and fancy dinners at Risa's came to mind when I read this post. Glad to see some things never change. :)

I LOVE the idea of family stories shared and international traditions passed on. It made me want relatives from the Netherlands... or else just buy some wooden shoes for my fam to welcome Sinter Klaus in Dec too! Guess I should explore Swedish traditions instead- more relevant... but still. That was awesome. I know you all will be so glad to have it all on film too! :)

Welcome back! Happy New Year!

And that's why I need to fly you out here to help me decorate my house. You are amazing! I love the Baker photo. The only sad part is that your cute face isn't in it!
